Me and other admins (from reposted thread) have specific users who experience M365 authentication problems after upgrading to the latest FSLogix version (s) that offers support for New Teams.

I could log into teams through the PC app and in the browser but would get stuck in a login loop when doing it on my phone. My solution was to remove the account from within the android phone itself (settings/accounts & backup/Manage Accounts) and then remove the account from there. Then, to be safe, I reinstalled teams & outlook. Then it worked!

I've removed the "old" Office 365 account from everywhere I can find on my Mac, but when I launch Microsoft Teams - every time - it asks me to login with my "old" email address.

I have tried from a different Windows account on the same machine and can login fine. Tried deleting the cache etc. Made sure the time is correct and is auto updating. Teams was signing in previously for the user, but has stopped working today. They can log to the Teams web app fine from the same windows account.

Clear cached credentials on a shared computer
When users log into their Teams account, their Teams account credentials are saved somewhere. Because the next time their login name is entered, teams signs in, without asking for a password. This happens even when the user logs out of Teams, before shutting down the PC.

And then loops this. In logon logs in admin center, this user have logon alot of times in the same minute.

Teams should auto login by default assuming that you are logged in to office pro plus with the enterprise credentials and they are using a PC. Mac isn’t supported. But because teams is modern auth by default it should use the account logged in with the install.

For example, if you hit a link to enter Sharepoint TEAMS will tell you your email address (the one from my other TEAMS account) is not registered for Sharepoint in this account you are trying to enter. It remembers the WRONG one from the earlier login. There is a SERIOUS multi company design issue here.
